30 dollars a pop, I can't use my season ticket, during the continuing Arab Spring and I hate Muslims...I think not.

yep, the outer was sold out a week ago, i got 1 tkt on the terrace? shows how desperate many fans are for some live footy! me included! I suppose our friends of middle eastern appearance are curious to see how des hassler organises his team?of course it is held at a smaller stadium too, a blast from the past when they were a descent suburban club called the berries?

Only 5000 tickets were available, great ground, the trek back to the car or train station will be the problem

Rusty, how many trains are due to pass the ground during the game??..

It used to be about 7 or 8 in the old days..

I'm betting it'd be about double that now..

Weird that Adam Henry, Alofa Alofa, Jack Littlejohn and Tommy Symonds were all unnamed in any side for the day. Was really looking forward to seeing how Henry went on the right wing. Much rather see him there than see Justin Carney get outleaped all day.

I'd also hate to think Daniel Mortimer would get a spot on the bench ahead of Ant Mitchell come round 1 just because he's had one trial games worth of experience at fullback in case Mini goes down mid game. Anyone that thinks Mortimer is worthy of a first grade spot to start the season has obviously not watched him play since 2009. I do feel sorry for him for the way Parra heaped so much expectation on him to play 7 when he it is glaringly obviously that he is not a halfback. Unfortunately, if he is to start the season with the Bluebags, as he should, he will be playing halfback. After seeing a fair bit of him there in first grade and State Cup over the past 2 years I'd hazard a guess that he is a better fullback than he is a halfback. He might succeed as a utility hooker that can move between dummy half and five-eighth but that's about it. And unless he starts in first grade there is next to know chance of him playing that role this year.

On a separate note, anyone know if the NYC team for sunday has been announced?

                        Can't make it.

Disappointed because I'd really like to watch a game at Belmore and two students from school are playing Harold Matthews for the Dogs.

12 an hour, so you can watch the game for free, just keep changing trains at Belmore and Campsie
