They are a very good side and Robbo didn't mention him by accident as there are older options than him yet he mentioned an 18 year old hooker who is doing a session a week with firsts already.....he is rated.

I missed the game tonight, from what I’m reading on here we were very ordinary for most of that match, but absolutely relieved we got the win, another long term injury to Freddy we what is with this crazy injury toll?! Massive challenge next week. Sam Walker, wow I watched the highlights those cutout passes amazing.

Morris inherited the roster so should be given a chance to change it by moving players on and signing new ones - Fitzy will be in the same position in having to refresh the roster hopefully not with Chooks players though should he be offered the role.

What
A
WIN!!!
Sometimes these are the most satisfying games to win when all appears lost but you come home with a wet sail.
Special mention for JWH, Tauks and Angus. Immense effort. Also Victor was great.
Oh can't forget,
Walker's ON!"Believe in yourself, especially when no one else will."

What a great win for the Roosters tonight. All class and determination. With all the calls and penalties going against them its even more remarkable that an under strength, injury hit team was able to comeback from 18-4 down to score 4 tries in 15mins. Just courageous. Reminds me of what the Indian team did against the Aussies this summer

It was a great comeback victory tonight, buts lets face it , we were outplayed by the Sharks for 60 minutes.
What's worrying about that, is next week we play the Storm, who as a team , are a cut above the Sharks.
And our forwards lacked punch and drive to gain metres against an average Sharks pack
I hope Lindsay is back, and JWH, SST & Ice will really need to lift if we are any hope of matching the Storm.
Otherwise , it could be ugly.

Fitzy to be new Sharks coach? to coach against the Roosters?
His choice, but not what I'd be advising him to do...and not what he's indicated in the past.
I'll be very surprised if he takes on a first grade head coach job.
Maybe for $1m a year.
Don't think they'd be offering that much.
The pressure, and if you don't work miracles...you get sacked, and are left jobless.
Look at Morris.

So I woke up this morning happy as Larry. Checked my phone and found this text message sent at 4am from a Sharks fan I know. I just had to share it with you all.
"When will the NRL hold the roosters accountable for being over the salary cap over the last decade like they did Melbourne? Week in week out they allow the rooster to field a team over the salary cap by hundreds of thousands of dollars. The same hypocrisy that allows men who beat women up to play. The league is an embarrassment"
Gotta love the butthurt. Losing to a 2nd gamer leading an injury hit team around after being in a commanding position must really really really really hurt.
