  • Official Match Day Thread: Roosters v Sharks

Tonight is the opportunity to build on combinations with the new halves pairing.

We should be confident against the Sharks who are a decent but not great side.

A good opportunity for Radley to build up his match fitness and be ready for the test coming up next week.

Let's bash the overpaid and overrated millionaires Dugan and Moylan. Let's just remind the Sharks that yes they overpaid for these two hacks.

    Keep the Bondi Wall strong.

    Go Roosters!

With the Storm away next week this is a crucial must win clash.

It's such a soft comp that the top teams are sprinting away when on an easy run. Upsets simply don't happen anymore so we can't let up.

With the game at the SCG I'll anticpate a similar clash to the Warriors one. Close for a while before we pull away comfortably.

True and the backend of our draw is a tough one so we really need to win as many as these as we can

We won’t let Jake down in this game, I’m confident we’ll get the chocolates.

Sharks are a mid tier team like the warriors we’ll beat em comfortably

$1.32 is more hot than warm. I feel it is unders against an in-form Sharks.

They pushed the Raiders in RND 2, I'm not so sure. Still think we get the chocolates though.

I’m not sure how much you can read into that. Those 2 have a funny history of beating each other away. There matches have been quite unpredictable for a few years now.

I think the Sharks will provide much stiffer opposition than the warriors did last weekend. They have been in pretty good form and a couple of experienced halves will throw a lot more questions at us than nikorima and O'Sullivan did.
Masters golf tournament followed by Derby Day and finish up with the chooks it's a sports lovers paradise. Think we can win in a tight one and looking forward to another look at Walker.
                            Easts to win.

The Sharks are a tough side. We didn't have it all our way against the Warriros and the Sharks will be similar if not tougher.
