  • If Boyd was to retire ....

Would you take Matto back ?? Just a hypothetical

No. Pretty happy with Sitili and Angus in the back row.

      Nah. Angus/Sitili are the future.

If Boyd does retire I'd use a portion of the money to find a quality prop in his early to mid 20s. Maybe a scary one from over in England.

Do not think we need to blow money we have some real good lower graders coming through and I am certain 3 of them will get a run if they are in the 30 especially Nofu Whyte and Ben Thomas ..I really like both and I am certain both will get a run....I keep repeating myself ,,you will need almost two first grade quality teams to win this comp and Chooks second tier team swells with youth, quality, hunger and talent ..Some of the other teams and not many like Canberra have depth but mostly has-beens or so so players..Melbourne is more like us ..very similar .

He can play but he seems to get itch$y fee$t too readily..

I think Kikaus off contract....I wonder if Bondi Boy asked Nick nicely he might table a contract.

We can take that “has been” taumololo of paytens hands for Boyd’s money.

No thank you. We would not be prepared to pay significant overs for a player whose ego and price expectations are badly mismatched to his actual ability and fair market value. We have dealt with him previously and would not regress. We would have moved on.
                    MRR or Rabid

Some people believe supporting the Roosters
is a matter of life and death, I am very disappointed
with that attitude. I can assure you it is
much, much more important than that.

matto or his management are intent on burning all bridges so it seems , i gave him the benefit of the doubt at the tigers.

but low and behold 18 months on some stunt at parramatta.

                        Imagine that......

The 1 , 2 punch of Taumololo and Taukeiaho in good field position than the likes of Keary playing to Angus or Radley playing out the back to Manu, Mozz Boys or Toops.

Or the likes of Tedesco and Verills darting over from close range off of the back of those 2 bending the lines.

Or even JWH and Collins as a back up to JT and TKO.

If the NRL comp didn't hate us already, they surely would after that..

As has been stated, the way Matto has gone about his business since leaving us is quite distasteful.

A shame, as if it were based purely on ability i'd have no qualms at all. Just think Robbo wont have a bar of that kind of ego.

Still not totally sold on Sitili. For me, he is bench impact.

Starting second row with no cords is......Gus - Radley - ?

There will be a new face no doubt
