I was walking my dog down where the West Tigers train 2 Tuesday ago & I actually spoke to Dwyer who works for the Tigers & it’s pretty bloody sad that he only has the use of 1 arm because he has lost complete use of the other arm suffered playing NRL.
    Lovely man.

I think he has more speed and ticker than JWH. Also, he doesn't niggle or get into penalty trouble... he lets his actions do the talking. It's not uncommon to see him make two tackles in a row. He's getting big too! Has the same sorta square head as the Serbian dude who runs our local pizza shop...

Moving forward I think there's a place for Collins and JWH to work as a team. We're blessed to have players of their quality...

Huge difference between starting and coming off the bench and it will be harder for Collins to have as big an impact bending the line. Tauks is our best prop and makes the most metres.
I actually like Jwh coming off the bench because I think we lost a bit of momentum last year when our starting props went off.

Collins bent the line very well yesterday and I have no doubt he is considered in our top 2 front rowers at this point.

These day's the Tongan captain SIOSIUA TAUKEIAHO is the man! He is so good in the middle, in my opinion the best prop in the game

I think alongside Papalii & Fonua-Blake he’s been one of the best 3 props in the game for a few years now. Just ultra consistent and super hard to put down.

Of course I am exaggerating but I’m sure you see my point.

the game is changing in soo many ways that it appears to be getting softer and softer as time goes by.

while the game being sped up is somewhat exciting, I think the new changes designed to speed it up are taking away certain elements that made it interesting to watch. An example being bigger guys basically being wiped out of the game in preference of smaller, faster guys. I enjoyed watching the big boppers go round with more game time than are getting now. I enjoy the occasional stoppages when those guys would catch their breath and set up a play or get ready for a full on assault. Set plays in general are pretty much gone in favor of ad lib footy which can rely a lot on chance. I think the game will become scrappier because of it.

Anyway, we are only one round in so it needs a little more time to grow on me and change my mind but from an old schooler, I’m already missing the ‘good ol days’!

100% agree , I prefer the old school forward game as well having played there myself but obviously not at that level but unfortunately times are changing

Collins used to have butter fingers in attack and had the agility of a block of flats in defence. That looks behind him and together with JWH will lead the pack.
