I remember Joey Johns saying a few times that the injuries he's sustaining is possibly because he's playing at a size/weight greater than what his body can cope with.- Don't know if there is something to that or not with all the weights etc they do as that must put a strain on the body. Unnatural kind off like the body size and weight of body builders/weight lifters

Like I posted in the Top 8 for 2021, Manly have a top 8 side but they will not have their best 17 on the paddock for a long enough period to make it.
