    I see Bouris at the local shops quite often. I alway want to say hi and ‘Up The Roosters’ but he always looks like such an angry and unfriendly character. He’s always alone. I’ve never seen him with anyone.

      I think Bouris is a freaking weirdo. Successful? sure. Roosters supporter? sure, but that mofo is weird.

          Thanks ChookMaster this is the sort of stuff love to listen too. Still yet to watch it all, but will.

          I've half hoped Bouris was the man to succeed Nick.

            Was great to spend the hour listening to this on a day off. Next time I see Bouris I’m definitely telling him I enjoyed the interview.

                Meh I figure he setup a home loans shop, sold it for $100m and is now set for life (does motivational speaking occasionally if people wanna pay him $$$ to be like 'NEVER GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS!!! THEY SAID I COULDN'T DO IT BUT LOOK AT ME NOW... BASKING IN THE SUN ALL DAY AND SMOKIN' DANNEMANNS AT REDLEAF POOL MOFOZ... YOU CAN DO THIS TOO IF YOU BELIEVE IN IT!!!' (Which I guess is true as it's a public pool, I may not live 50m away from it but I can still visit and smoke cigars there).

                Dunno him personally but his kids were good characters when I was teaching PE at Cranbrook. He's presumably the next Politis... no?

                  Thats why he's probaly got so much money.
                  My wife reckons he's a good style of a man but so am I.

                    No wonder the Roosters are are a powerhouse club. Robbo's presence & aura is 2nd to none, he is the greatest thing the club has achieved since Ive followed the club, Ive said it before & Ill say it again Robbo will coach the Roosters for as long as he chooses.

                      I hear you on Jeff Fenech. I recall seeing him around a couple of times in the early 90s with his posse. The vibe both times was stay well away and that any issues could be happily accommodated.

                        Do you have teaching qualifications? Hard to imagine a school like that hiring randoms.

                            RUDYARD KIPLING - IF

                            If you can keep your head when all about you

                            Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,

                            If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,

                            But make allowance for their doubting too;

                            If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,

                            Or being lied about, don’t deal in lies,

                            Or being hated, don’t give way to hating,

                            And yet don’t look too good, nor talk too wise:

                            If you can dream—and not make dreams your master;

                            If you can think—and not make thoughts your aim;

                            If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster

                            And treat those two impostors just the same;

                            If you can bear to hear the truth you’ve spoken

                            Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,

                            Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,

                            And stoop and build ’em up with worn-out tools:

                            If you can make one heap of all your winnings

                            And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,

                            And lose, and start again at your beginnings

                            And never breathe a word about your loss;

                            If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew

                            To serve your turn long after they are gone,

                            And so hold on when there is nothing in you

                            Except the Will which says to them: ‘Hold on!’

                            If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,

                            Or walk with Kings—nor lose the common touch,

                            If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,

                            If all men count with you, but none too much;

                            If you can fill the unforgiving minute

                            With sixty seconds’ worth of distance run,

                            Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it,

                            And—which is more—you’ll be a Man, my son!
