With NSW leading by 4 with 3 minutes to go and Jake scoots from dummy half , 30 meters out from the Blues line and fires a short pass ( not forward) to a rampaging Collins on the burst , who scores under the post.
personally I’d be elated for those 2, but shatter for the Blues loss.

I'd be happy for anyone from the Roosters who does well. I have no firm allegiance to anyone but the Roosters. The state thing doesn't bother me as I was born up there but live down here now. For me, it's a spectacle to enjoy, not get all heated up over.

Realistically, the only time NSW should only be up by 4 in this game is after they score their first try, that QLD is an abomination, but so was fattys 95 team and they won 3-0.

I only get shattered over the Roosters losing. I usually enjoy watching the faces of the losing SOO team wherever they come from.

A good performance in SOO could be the making of Collins. I don't think it will effect any of our older players too much. I'm Blue through & through, but I'd be stoked for Lindsay to perform well on the big stage ... it can only pay benefits for the Chooks next year.
