things are tight by the sounds of it - new contracts for Friend/Double Morris being sorted - Tedesco Crichton/Toops to name a few that are free to negotiate - a few others are off contract completely from 1/11/2020- Lam/Iku/Hutch/Lussick. No new info as yet
Riff have told Mansour he's free to leave with a year left on his contract (2021) as they have Staines earmarked for his spot and Robert Jennings as backup for 2021.

Things are too tight with the cap to have the luxury of buying players largely for backup purposes only.
