  • That’s not soo bad...

We get see the Roosters play again next week now and hopefully against the Faiders where we can silence their six again whingeing from last year.

Ive already started sending their fans clips of Mick Ennius giving them back the clap in 2016!

We beat them well the last time we met them at their home ground, and yes they beat us at the SCG before that way back when... but we sustained a few injuries back then with Keary and Angus. We’ll have Jake and Sonny back like the last time we played...then again Jake got injured that game I think... We will smash them, that is if the Sharks don’t smash them tomorrow!

Let's just hope the raiders and sharks smash each other to oblivion

Sadly, I think Canberra will romp it in tomorrow, in nothing much more than a training run. At least we will get a day longer in the turnaround and home ground advantage.
        MRR or Rabid

Some people believe supporting the Roosters
is a matter of life and death, I am very disappointed
with that attitude. I can assure you it is
much, much more important than that.

Spot on MRR, that's how I think things will transpire also. Unfortunately the Sharks are missing their best player so I don't see them troubling the faiders. Happy to be proven wrong.

losing tonight makes it harder but we've got a realistic path to winning the comp.

a lot of our guys have had time off so 3 more weeks of footy is doable.

7 days off now. win next week and it will be another 7 days off. who knows maybe storm will get a couple of guys suspended.

win that one and its 9 days off. tough games, sure, but we'll have good recovery time. all depends on how hungry we are.

It’s their last game for one of the sides and the Sharks knowing that they’re up against it should be some kind of incentive to go and belt them whereas the raiders thinking they’re certainties should save some in the tank and that could undermine them. This game being sudden death, expect fireworks.

I hope we can make it to the GF. If not I just want Penrith to lose. Theyve looked so smug week in week out, especially luai and the Cleary duo.
                EASTS TO WIN!

To win the comp now they need to win 18 in a row. Thats gotta hurt. Beware Pamfas.

Who knows - we could be meeting sharks next week & then the eels the following week!... unlikely but anything is possible! Just like our comeback tonight after being 18 points down!

good point. no point fighting battles until we have to. and the only thing we have to do atm is train well this week and beat whoever we're playing. we're certainly capable of that.

When do we think it will be or is that too hard to tell. Are we locked into Friday games now?

They are the form halves in the game & are the driving force to the Panthers success. Luia plays with so much passion.

I gave it to him on the sidelines during the warm up. He was really good in response to my banter. Told him they hadn’t played a decent side in months. Told him King Keary was going to school him. He laughed and said he’s going to come and see me after the match. Now I need to smash some eggs into my face.
