But seriously if they had the dumbest threads of the year award this would be a finalist.

SBW is a shadow of his former self.
sorry I dont buy into the SBW effect in 2020, where was it last night? We have better hungrier players. His effort to jump on a loose ball ingoal last night made me question his desire. Hes mongrel in defence is gone.
I love him as a player, but his best is well behind him.
I hope he proves me wrong....

we were already down by 20 when he came onto the field... what would you have him do?

offer some impact. A big hit or a damaging run to swing the momentum. That's why we got him back i thought.
that could be a bit harsh i suppose.
              I'm still hurting.

Anyone think the chooks went through the motions last night and below the surface are not really fussed by the loss as they may feel playing penrith first week of finals is a bettter option that traveling on game day to the sunshine coast to play a well rested storm?? - Not saying this is the case but chooks lost both major semi's in 1974/75 before going on to win both the prelim finals and GF as BJG didn't like playing 1 game in a month scenerio minor premiers could face having a week off then winning a msf then another week off before the gf the week after,

Of course he is in and it’s ridiculous to suggest otherwise. We didn’t get smashed cause of Sonny last night. When he came on we were already getting smashed

He made 34 tackles in his 48 mins last night. That’s pretty good going and about all you can expect in that type of game.

                        I can’t vote yes cause it’s not a gamble.

This wouldn’t even make the top 100 dumbest threads. It’s a fair question.

The bloke hasn’t played NRL since 2014. I feel him just being in the squad is enough for the other players to step up. Look at Liu’s form since Sonny came back. Angus too. The coaches wouldn’t have it any other way.
                            ..it’ll be interesting to see

I used to be indecisive, but now I’m not so sure
