Most of that is just your assumptions not fact.

I have no facts Maxy but I believe that around 80% of players will live normal lifes post footy but like everyone they still have a chance of getting a neurological disease eg dementia, parkinsons, MS but it wont be due to head knocks playing footy. I believe 20% of the players playing full contact sport will have neurological problems & thats not good but everyone knows the risk of playing footy or being a boxer or UFC fighter.

There was the same noise when Keary had the head knocks. Just media being overly dramatic as usual.

Head knocks are scary but no one speaking on the topic publicly have the qualifications or inside knowledge to advise Cordner.

I feel for the bloke, i was trying to round up how many weeks he has missed this year through precaution or resting.. Been quite a few, we are lucky we have some depth in the SR position or else we might've been forced to play him more often which could then have a bad consequence. Lets do it for Mitch and Boyd.

I do respect all you guys a lot and don’t want to put up something that’s ‘rubbish’ but I saw a hell of a lot of articles calling for Cords immediate retirement and wondered what you all thought. I personally would never have allowed him to take the field after the family tragedy but I think he wanted to be there for the minute of silence tribute, and I don’t think anyone could have stopped him, but I’m glad they got him off soon after and have given him time to grieve.

Hes in good hands and im sure the roosters would put every players long term health before everything else when it comes to concussion .
There is a genuine reason to be concerned as the head knocks are adding up for Cords.

It's a bit knee jerk to suggest he retire immediately though.....
