I remember the Arthur Pony Holloway years fondly - 'twas like yesterday; but I reckon Robbo has him beat.

The greatest era in our history.

Yes, it is a hard one to argue. Truly magnificent time to be a true Roosters supporter. A once in a lifetime event - we are on the verge of an amazing dynasty. Lap it up ladies and gentlemen while it lasts.

Some people believe supporting the Roosters
is a matter of life and death, I am very disappointed
with that attitude. I can assure you it is
much, much more important than that.

Certainly beats life as a Roosters supporter in the 80s doesn’t it Trew mun.

Incidentally, how long have you been on these forums? I vaguely recall you posting regularly in the early days of the Wall.

It may not be for a while. And I'm not judging that on whose contract is up when, nor premierships won or lost. The Roosters have great systems in place, even though there may be only one tedesco or keary type player, we are going to attract the next good caliber of marquee player because they want success and want to basically "work for us".

We won't be stuck playing overs, and add to that all the while unearthing your radleys, verrils and lussicks etc.

Don't see to many flocking to the club's who are out of sorts.

It's taken you a few years to realise but I get where you are going.
The beauty is that we should more or less have the same team next year plus Rads and Verrills and the core of the team a few years after that with Teddy, Keary, Rads, Corder and JWH committing long term with others to follow and no doubt attracting other quality.
We are going to need a bigger trophy cabinet.

Let the good times roll on.

I remember Robbo saying around 2013 or 2014 that uncle Nick wanted to create a Man U like dynasty. If that's the case then we hopefully are far from the end of this era!

The immediate future looks rosy as well,

Best player on the planet locked in for the remainder of his career

Friendy to mentor a worthy replacement

                        Walker to partner Keary

Its easy to build a pack and a back line around a great spine

I remember them well: my family are all Broncos fans
They aren't used to being down in the doldrums.
I told them all teams go through it - makes you appreciate the good times more.

I get a feeling we might win 3 more comps or more with this mob
