To be honest everyone looks sharp but at the end of the day they are only doing drills.
Unless you have guys being put under the pump(simulated match conditions) its hard to tell where everyone is at
I went to a few training sessions from a few different teams and the ones open to the general public, ie skills drills ,all look the same.
So to answer your qeustion everyone looks sharp...lol
But that is the same as all the other teams that I was lucky enough to see
