I agree about Pearce but change the word lad for goose and you would be closer. There have been a lot of suggestions lately that he is leadership material.

Also does this have anything to do with the fact that him and Anasta are said to hate each other? Is Wayne's son going to sulk about this?

Probably a subtle hint to Mitch P that he needs to make better decisons off the field before he can become a leader on it!

I can't fault the blokes who have made the group. I've always been impresed by Mitch A since he was in our lower grades.

As for the lad/goose....if was just being diplomatic and suggesting that perhaps he still finds partying with his north shore buds more enjoyable than the alternative....

Who starts these rumours about players hating each other anyway. It's just giving Rothfield and his fellow hacks ammunition to dump more on the club. Jr Jr needs to mature a little more to take on that sort of leadership role. He's still too much of a party boy. Aubo is a few years older than him and MK is just leadership quality through and through. Pearce will get to show leadership skills off the field controlling and organising the play.

Ahh who would know Phantom? Not me thats for sure. We hear so much gossip. But I do think that Pearce has shown himself to be lacking in maturity on and off the field. Time for him to step up. Actually I would also like to see him learn to speak English but lets not go there.

The only reason I'm happy for Foxtel, Daley and Freddie won't commentate together.

Though the Amatil twins are bad enough.
