Neither played NRL at Parra - Toops was cut from their under 20's and Arthur dropped Matterson to Ron Massey cup telling him he will never play NRL - How Times have changed - Chooks have done more for Parra than any other club - Fearnley/Olling/Peard/Quayle/Porter/Beetson/ Stevens/ Resurrected Bob O'Reilly's career (Chooks signed him from Penrith were he was a 25 stone reserve for reserve grade) /Big Jack Gibson/Monie who was BJG's assistant. Now Parra have 5 ex Chook Players in their team
