Bigger question is.. Aubbo still not making the cut and robbo going youth ( Sitili ) over experience in Mitch.

He played for 21 mins last week. He’s been ruled out with minor back injury. Robbo managing the squad.

        Interesting move

still a chance of a late switch but I wouldn’t see why you just would name aubo now in the 17 if that’s the case

Exactly it reeks of a situation where the coach and player have had a falling out but I’m 99.99% certain that wouldn’t be the case so it makes me wonder what’s going on there - could be a late inclusion tho like you just said

Maybe Mitch didn’t meet the clubs training requirements over the lockdown period?? Who knows

At least Robbo manages the squad well in comparison to 95% of coaches *cough* McGregor *cough*

hang on here. we're talking about one of the club's favourite sons.

And one of Robbos favourite players , just hope he gets enough games to break the club record , or goes around again next year

i was doing something else and didn't read Chookmaster's post properly (sorry) he's making the same point. but then i thought that .001% chance was still an insult, lol. but robbo might still play him.

Yep and he's in the training photos. I suggest it's a mixture of...
                        1. Crichton, Collins, J-Moz, Manu,Butcher and Verrills are all playing well enough to kick the door down for selection.
                        2. His dad died so there is no reason to rush him back onto the park for this game.
                        3. He's at the captains run and available if ANYBODY in our starting team wakes up with a fever tomorrow. Robbo doesn't fark around - if he doesn't want you, you won't get named at all.

I wouldn’t think so. Always had the reputation of being professional.

I’d say Aubbo (understandably) is still feeling the toll of losing a close loved one - all players are going well, team is going well and we play a team that we should be fine to beat without aubbo so Robbo is giving him more time to get his head right but still be around the team and can fit in if needed

sitili must be training well and had a good off season - Robbo seems keen to give him game time and experience when he can - not at top 17 player in our squad but I’m sure Robbo is thinking we will need him to fill throughout the season - especially if he is needed at the end of the season. With no reserve grade it’s important to keep someone like sitili involved from every few rounds while other experienced players are given a rest
