Good on the Saints. Not playing Dufty in your top side is as negligent as not playing Benji at the Tigers. He was outstanding today.

Problem at the Tigers IMO, is Brooks. Goes MIA in many games. Josh Reynolds is always full of energy and wont be put off by a mistake, much like Maloney. The grubbier Grub is the better he plays. Maybe Madge needs to dump Brooks and get Marshall and Grub in the halves.

You could be right there. Brooks has been over-hyped like Hunt and Ash Taylor.

I just dislike their smug, self serving supporter base, they're a lot like Souffs fans. Get into an argument about footy with them and once they're backed in to a corner out comes the old 'come and talk to me when your team has won 11 premierships in a row'

Very true HC. They, along with some Souths and Parramatta supporters, can be some of the nastiest, most vitriolic people I have ever come across. While things have probably eased somewhat from when this thread began, you could only imagine some of the material their fans directed at Mary and the club. I don't particularly like the bloke all that much, but none of them deserve that stuff.
