  • Starting side this week.... tough choices to be made!!

Figuring Aubo and SST are back on deck...no injuries and rads gets off (fingers crossed). Who will miss out if all available?
    Tough call again this week?
I'd keep the same starting side as last week and have the bench as ..

    SST
    Liu
    Aubo
    Verrils

Butcher/Sitilli to miss out.... some great depth there!!!

Butcher is an automatic selection in Robbo's side. Has been since early last season. I believe he's overtaken Liu in the pecking order tbh; who is still great and is a lock in the team himself.

I also feel as though Collins has cemented his spot in the team. Which means you can't carry Verrills on the bench.

If Radley gets off I reckon...

    Lindsay
    Cords
    Angus
    Rads

    SST
    Butcher
    Liu
    Aubo

That is true...Butcher does seem to have an in atm.... we haven't seen the rise of Faumasilli yet either... great forward depth regardless.

SST has to start if fit - Collins to play off bench maybe for Verrills. Verrills subbed on twice last week - will be interesting if Robbo wants a back up hooker off the bench with the new rules or if it depends on the opposition.

Bronx got caught out hard with the new rules last week - this week team will focus on quick play the balls.

Headache may be solved automatically if Radley is suspended - Liu will play lock. If Radley isn't suspended does he give SST another rest?

Also is there any issues with Aubbo returning this week regarding the strict protocols? Not sure of what the rules are in terms of isolation if a player is required to go outside of their normal bubble - or does he just need to be tested? With lots of selection options available perhaps Aubo is given a second week off himself anyway so he can ease back into it.

Bronco's hooker (Turpin) out for the game.
There's a reason why the young and idealistic become the old and cynical.
              It's called experience.

I loved the straight up brutality of Collins. Give him 15-20 mins, then bring on SST, size, footwork, power to attack a tiring, young Broncos pack.

Broncos also have Niu debuting at fullback - will be interesting how he goes first game but he looks good from last year's Tongan internationals

Crikey so no Fifita, Pangai , Staggs or Turpin for them. We should get them if we dont suffer a letdown from that impressive first up dig.

Any chance of giving Sammy Verrils to the Warriors for a few weeks?

I wouldn't feel comfortable with that - if Jake goes down we need him.

More like we should offer the next hooker in our system (Freddy Lussick) a run at the warriors if needed but I think they are ok in that department - they more need props and backs

Zero chance of a let up.

I've no doubt that Robbo & the boys will have viewed rnds 1 & 2 as a mini finals series - two huge clashes against noted rivals to get our season well and truly back on track

We'll break our losing streak in Brisbane vs Brisbane in style. And rightly so against that understrength line up.

Tupouniua is the one who could do with a loan stint to get some more football, he needs to be playing longer minutes to continue his development has looked pretty rusty so far this season.
