I’ve been concerned since the offseason that this year will be similar to 2016 in terms of on field play and will be a mini rebuild

I haven’t seen anything so far that suggests otherwise

I’m think the same. A mini rebuild. No real spark or creativity in attack and soft try from poor defense. We may improve but manly look the way better team so far. I’m not won on Flanagan at all but it’s early days. Last tackle options still terrible. No pressure at all.
