B2B was the release valve. The pressure is off with expectation lowered with cronk and latrell moving on.
NO other teams have really improved if anything the raiders have made nearly identical changes. Manly could be a threat, but I feel the chooks are in the box seat for a 3peat, the signing of Morris was the final piece of the puzzle.

It was proven once again this morning when Liverpool were knocked out of the Champions league after winning it last year, even though they were having one of the best ever seasons by a soccer club.
If we manage to threepeat this year, and I have all the confidence that we can, our team and club ought to be regarded as one of the all time greats in the history of rugby league.
      Go roosters .
We are already the BEST there has ever been no matter this year. Consider- 4 trophies in a row -2 premierships and 2 ecclesiastics. Has any team achieved that in the history of Rugby League? And whoever dies it next will only be the second team to achieve. This lone achievement is ours and no one will ever take that away.

Yes, after last night, Manly is a threat and we have some work to do, but I am not dropping my bundle just yet. I heard a stat that it is the worst start for a defending premier for 11 seasons. If we can turn this around and go all of the way, that would truly be amazing and put us firmly in the history books. Given this fluid COVID-19 situation, however, who knows if we will even get the chance to contest it this year. Unfortunately, it is looking less and less likely at this stage. We may just have to turn our attention to 2021 - at least that might restore any hunger that could have waned since last year's GF.
        MRR or Rabid

Some people believe supporting the Roosters
is a matter of life and death, I am very disappointed
with that attitude. I can assure you it is
much, much more important than that.
