    - Goal kicking (continues... we never seem to have 4-5 decent kickers like everybody else).
    - New halves combo combined with the loss of Cronk.
    - Depth. IMO the Newcastle game showed that our reserves have absolutely nothing...
Name 5 goal kickers that any club has please.

Geez I'm glad some us aren't the coach/selectors. Flanagan hits the uprights and cross bar from the sideline in wet and windy conditions and his other kick scrapes the outside of the upright and the poor bloke is a mug kicker!

              And they'll still finish 7th.

I don't think our depth is that bad.

The Bears went into week 2 of the finals and regularly had players pulled out on game day to cover rested and injured players. Flegg made the finals also.

I recall a team stacked with rookies beating Melbourne in Melbourne last year.

Most clubs would like to have our depth.

Agree. Realistically, any forward from last Sat night that plays firsts will only get 20 mins. There were a few who looked like they could go alright. None of the backs especially shone but I'd back Iku to do a good job and who knows what some of the younger guys can do if they're playing in a team that isn't getting walloped.

I hope he has more luck in his love life. Three near misses in one night is enough to make a young man wonder if his dance moves are off.

I dont see any real weaknesses .Just a rebuild in a few positions .Could come real good at seasons end (which is what I expect) .
Sound like our blokes are still hungry for more which is a good thing.
No matter where we end up on the table it will be how many hands on deck at the end.
This team since 2013 is one of the great defensive teams since 2013 and I expect that to continue.

Yeah they are all regular first graders that have all kicked goals in FG for Penrith. I’m spewing that all the other clubs have 4 or 5 decent goal kickers except us.

What ism said pretty much sums it up for me too.

What Thirteen said makes sense, plus the fact that purchases are cashless.
                            MRR or Rabid

Some people believe supporting the Roosters
is a matter of life and death, I am very disappointed
with that attitude. I can assure you it is
much, much more important than that.

On a serious note, I think defensive combinations are pretty important to our success. This year, we've got one new combination on each edge. It may take some time for those combinations to gel and I expect opposition coaches to test us out on the edges for that reason. I hope the boys can step up.
