Nines = Defending Champions (2017)
WCC = Defending Champions (2019)'
NRL = Defending Premiers (2019).

Not a bad title to take into 2020.

I'm pretty sure we still hold the HT Wills cup when we beat Norths in the 1977 pre season before the queen.

Brisbane in 1989.

Easts were 2nd most successful team with

2 wins (1975, 1978)
2 runners up. 1977 - when Fairy scored that magical try;
1984 v Brisbane which was basically the Qld origing team with Wally, Miles, Meninga, Lindner, Dowling, Cornescu. It was one of the most courageous displays by Easts and they had the backing of all the other sydney teams. QLD were hated so much then and we were pretty hopeless so we were liked. 12-11 was the final score and Hastings had a try disallowed at the end.
