Smith is very good at improving young players even bitter ex players like Tallis say so. I think all of our young players have improved massively it's a couple of the old duds holding us back.

You have to excuse Fred. He's been on the slipperly slope to depression since his great white hopes for the Roosters, Wanka Mason (as player) and Fittler (as coach) did the place more harm than good.

And now that his next great hope Scummy Bill is at least 1 year away (hopefully never to arrive), he's venting all his frustrations. It will only get worse before it gets better.
