I'd start with Sam and bring Jake off the bench.

Imagine the boost to the boys at the 25 minute mark when Oh Captain My Captain comes on to the field and starts launching himself at Papalii.

Tauks can come on and "plow the field" leaving Jake to carve them open in his wake.

The risk is not worth the potential 20 - 30 mins Friend would give the team. You can't replicate match fitness, and 5 games all year is not enough to get a start in a grand final imo.
