  • Fans and GF week

Anyone know if there’s to be an open training session or meet and greet thing this week? Would love to bring the kids down to something like that.

I'm only aware of the Fan Fest for the next three days held at Martin Place. Thursday probably best day to take the kids as the gf teams will be presented at 12.30pm that day to the crowd. Other stuff going on there more details on our website.

      Hope you guys get something.

The Faiders held an open training session this morning for members and gave out free green sausages in bread to their supporters. They mustn't like their fans very much!

Cheers – yeah that Martin Place thing is very unappealing to me.

Back in 2002 Roosters had an open session on the SFS and after they came and met fans. Was awesome.

I would prefer they did nothing and concentrated on the game. I know it's not an option and I expect we will handle it better than them.

            That reeks of jihadi attack.

Agreed! What do fans want a win or a chance to wave at a player which will probably disrupt their concentration and lose? There will be fan day after they win so everyone will be happy.

The club is very low key this week. Only doing the one public commitment. I like it.

Me too. And that would be one forced on them by the NRL.

Yep, let everyone wet themselves over the Viking clap, and how we are over the cap, and how we have no fans...
