Our team is so good, with so many superstars and a coaching staff so strong, we are just about unbeatable next week. Melbourne would have thrashed anyone else last night including Canberra. I've been following this side as long as anyone here, we've been scarred by some chokes that shouldn't have occurred over the years. This is not that side or club. Given the strengthening of the competition, this side is stronger than the 74/75 team. Don't forget in 75 we only led 5-0 at half time and poor Langlands was literally playing with one leg, thanks to an injection gone wrong.

Tallis is a smelly, dumb, spiteful and jealous piece of filth. Can you imagine how he looks naked - he's probably not been laid in years which just adds to his bitter, toxic jealousy of successes like our club. Try and be understanding of poor Gordy, I certainly pity him.

Thanks wolftam, I have been a Roosters tragic for 45 years and a member since 1999. When I lived in Sydney I went to every home and away game I could. Now I live interstate I can’t get to many games. I reckon R6 was off the mark their will be heaps of true fans cheering across the world on granny day.

Yep I am a absolute tragic , raised 3 daughters all of whom are Roosters fans , one obsessed like me , even turned my Manly loving wife into a fan .There is something about the Chooks that make my life fuller even in the bad times its still a privilege to support the only team that has been in the comp since 1908.

I went to the game and this arvo I watched the Kayo replay and reluctantly the ch 9 replay with audio to compare the commentary and neither did both commentary teams comment on the large contingent of Easts fans.

We get home jersey because we've been first seed once Melbourne were beaten by Parra. Moot point because the Raiders jersey doesn't clash with ours, but also means we're home team, running on second etc.
