im over the moon with our teams performance and as happy as any other true rooster.But walking back from the game i was among the faithful and the overall mood seemed cocky. Like we have it in the bag. I shake my head to that notion and say a big fat NO. Canberra will be our biggest test and if we aren't on they will make us pay. I respect the green machine and are happy that we are facing them over someone like the storm or souffs.I personally dont mind them.. but we deserve to be favorites but geez we are in for a battle. Papa and the likes of bateman scare me.. hopefully we go B2B but it wont be easy.

as someone said lets not forget 2003, back on task boys, enjoy tonight, but there is a massive job still to do, the raiders are the real deal, we must respect them . i hope and pray we deal with them as we did the storm.

I think the tale was told by the reaction of the respective teams on progressing to the Grand Final. The Raiders celebrated like they had won the lottery. Our boys were rather more measured. Keary's call of 'one more' will be the mantra this week. Don't fret ChookMaster - our boys haven't come this far to fall at the final hurdle. There will be no complacency, just focus, preparation and ultimately, relentless execution.

I hate neggy nellies, go sit in the corner and whip yourselves until after you know the result, don't let yourself or anyone else enjoy the moment, or be upbeat and confident and feeling good about getting to back to back Grand Finals.
