Cook is the key to Souff's hopes.

      This made me laugh.

As for the others mentioned in this thread:

      • Murray - a super player who will never wear anything but red and green..
      • The Trbo brothers - two super players who I hope never wear anything but maroon and white.

All three players seem free of grubbiness, appear to be humble, have good attitudes, and contributed to NSW winning Shyte of Origin. Yep, hard to dislike.

I enjoy watching Cook however his behaviour at the time of the ex pats eye gouging escapade left a lot to be desired.

He's a good hard fair competitor. The type you rarely see in a $ouff$ jersey.

Cook is a Fullback playing hooker. The Trejo brothers are the Stewart brothers without an extra chromosome.

Yes indeed Mickie, Victor is also a gem and I similarly hope he never wears another jersey.

I will always love Cookie for how poorly he played in last years semifinal.

After a stellar year in 2018, he played easily his worst game of the year against us. He was awful, forward passes, unforced knock ons. It was beautiful to watch.

That game was closer than you remember and If Cook had played to form I dare say 2018 could have been a different story for the Chooks.

Speaking of rads, saw a stat yesterday has the second highest missed tackles in the comp after Maloney the king of missed tackles .

And speaking of Rads and Stats, he has recorded the fastest run this year by any forward incl. the cookie monster.

He's too nice for red and green, definitely! Looks good in sky blue, though!

I thought Teddy was the best Origin player this year. He's the guy I'd hand the ball to if I needed somebody to pull off a miracle.

Cook? He's just a zippy young utility IMO. Doesn't do a lot of tackles or kick/pass all that well but he's cheeky and has some good dummy-half runs. However, lotsa people can do that and I reckon he is mostly a product of favourable circumstances.

Reminds me of Connor Watson a bit. Hastings had a more complete game but refused to simplify it. Robbo picked up some kid by the ear and was like 'just play safe and run the ball from dummy-half when there's an opportunity'. There's a lot to be said about nailing the basics and not trying to do too many things at once. This frees up your brain to make more quick decisions, so you'll make a lot of metres doing it.

Cameron Murray is a hell of a player. The fastest play the ball I have ever seen. They thrive on that and the penalties. Both disappear in the finals. Souffs haven’t had a convincing win for a couple of months. Massive pretenders.
