Jakes loss and Victors passing from dummy half

we all love Vic but Jakes loss is huge
the dummy half service was appalling when Victor was there
he stands before he passes
he throws forward passes
he doesn’t know when to run and his kicking game is below average

can an it be fixed??

It can be fixed by one man called Sam Verrills, he doesn’t need to play 80, Rads can swap with him at stages to give him a rest and so he’s less likely to get fatigued and throw forward passes.

I know Virells has impressed but I'd throw in Deitz. He is a natural dummy half.

Virells is a player of the future but I just think we need an older head at this point. Deitz has been around grade footy for a while now. Not sure if he's eligible to come into the top squad due to salary cap.

It comes down to a question of Rads ability in defense vs Verrills attack. Robbo has played it safe all season. With enough cover in the 2nd row my bet is that Robbo sticks with Rads

I hope it goes something like victor in hooker for the first 25 then Sam comes on. Then we obviously use victor in 9 when we need the extra defence.

YES! Keeping Victor at 9 means we lose him at 13 and Robbo likes to bring another forward, like Collins... Much prefer Verrills at 9, Victor at 13 and the bench without Collins for the time being. Verrils might not be a great defender yet but I think we have enough experience to cover for him.

I agree... but we did score 42 points with Jake off the field.

Hopefully, Jake is back for the last couple of regular season games.
