  • Who is the Fullback during origin (if Morris isn’t fit)?

I’ve got no idea, what does everyone else think?

Bernard Lewis, is he back yet? If not, this maybe a weird suggestion but possibly Lachlan lam. He seems to have a utility feel to him

Interesting choice Qwerty. I agree that Lachie Lam has a utility feel, however he is injured at the moment and I have no clue when he may be back. I'm thinking maybe Tupou or maybe Manu

Anyone got any idea when Morris is back. I haven’t seen him in any photos at training.

            It’s still 2-4 weeks.

Seems sensible to give him 2 weeks. We've had a bad run with injuries this season and need some more stability heading into the second half of the season.

Yes and we are bringing in Braith to coach Lam in the finer points of being a successful fullback.

May as well give Aubo a shot there, probably only position he hasn’t played yet.

That’s why I was hesitant to suggest Manu.

I asked the same question in another thread.
I believe that you shouldnt weaken a position to strengthen a position.
On the Roosters home page when you look at their top squad Tedesco is the only player named as a FB. So if there is no Morris & Lachie Lam is injured I would think the back line will be Tupou & Ikavalu on the wings, Aubbo & Manu in the centres, Lamb & Cronk in the halves so that leaves Hall, Billy Smith, Lewis & Kepaoa so out of that lot maybe Hall or Hall on the wing & Ikavalu to FB. Maybe Billy Smith?
Im not sure what the situation is with Drew Hutchinson but if he was eligible they could play him in the halves with Cronk & play Lamb at FB.

I think Ikavalu would be safe enough and recently has been very solid under the high ball

Assuming Teddy backs up after Origin 1, we're talking the game v Canterbury (3 weeks this Sunday). Is that right? Players picked for Origin on the stand alone weekend still miss the weekend before? If that's the case, BMoz has 3 weeks to get fit.
