I think the club should do what they did with Mini.

Although Mini came back from career ending injuries, the final 5 years were one year contracts with uncle nick.

At the age of 31, doing one year contracts would keep both parties happy, including his family. As well as keeping our salary cap in check.

Aubbo will go around for 1 more year would be my guess,he may even sign for a bit less,he doesn't need the money and will be looked after post footy by the club Im sure if he wants to pursue that angle. You have guys like Fergo who spend most of their career squandering their money,and guys like Mitch and Chad Townsend who retire millionaires from wise investment choices having never earned anywhere near marquee level contracts.
