IMO discount under-achievers are never a good deal. We need either:

Good thought. He can be damaging. But cheap is just one part of the value equation. I'm afraid that Kasiano = too much dropped ball + too many holes in the defensive line.

Kasiano certainly would be great value for $350, he is only 28, 2 years older than Napa, and certainly a much more skilled ball player which is what we need. he was injured most of this year, but fit he would be great for us. I see the Bulldogs are reported to be chasing Napa who is on between $600 and $700, but I don't think Kasiano would be on $350, he was on $700 at the dogs in 2016, and they paid part of his contract when he went to the storm because of the cap. I think he might be around $500K.
