Is there any chance we can get Klemmer and offload Napa? I would choose Klemmer over Tapau every day if we had the chance to get either one. I suppose it's impossible to get both?

Klemmer for Napa?

Klemmer has said he wants to get out of Sydney for a new start, so can't see the Dogs releasing him to us.
Don't know what Dylan's on, but he's a handy player to have in your side.
With Crichton coming, Liu will be exclusively a middle forward, so we have him, JWH, SST, Dylan, Zane and Collins (who looks the goods) and perhaps Faamausili will continue to develop.

4.6 million over 4 years seems ridiculous since he is currently on 600K per year, I think it would be more like 3.6 for 4 years and that would make him the highest paid PROP in the game. Napa is on 700k per year and certainly not worth that. But if we could get someone to pay 600K for him I would pay 900K to get Klemmer. Surely Klemmer would have to consider an offer from us at 900K per year to get to win another premiership rather than play for the knights who will not win one in the next four years.

It would be a stupid contract for us to sign him on though. We are not that desperate for talent and Robbo is extremely good at getting money for value out of his middle rotation.
Good signing for a club like Newcastle if it eventuates.

Forget klemmer. Not paying 1.15 million for him and playing 60 mins max?
Good signing for Newcastle.
We keep naps who is still the most feared tackler in the game.
I just wish he would work on his leg speed and off loading abilities.
Get corey parker as a guess forward coach in the off season.

And now JWH is back to his best he's the best prop in the game.Last edited by Tommy Smith; 10-29-2018, 09:41 AM.
