Originally posted by Nicola Tesla View PostIt’s a sad story on many levels. Brings the game into disrepute, but also with GI having a history of mental illness, it will need to be managed carefully. I hope he will be ok but needs to be removed from the captaincy.
However, he has lost the captaincy for mine.........which is a real shame for him and those close to him.......Originally posted by Bondi Boy

Lets hope he puts his hand up and says ' Yep, I was a ****wit and made a stupid decision to drive, I have no excuse ' , not that these sports ' stars' ever do that......here come the weak ****ing excuses, i grow tired of this shit. I have zero sympathy. When you drive over the limit you are putting peoples lives at risk, what dont people get. I work in a correctional centre where we have numerous people in for killing people whilst over the limit, and yes even slightly over. Hope they come down hard as **** on him.

Boyd clearly the Captain now! As much as GI is a great and inspirational player so is Boyd. GI drove from Dubbo to Lithgow before being caught (approx 3hrs). Speeding is an offence and can be forgiven but DUI is something else. 0.085 Mid-range but what would’ve been his reading earlier?
