He has got us 4 Minor Premierships in that last 6 odd years, As a Long time supporter since the early eighties who has seen the other end of the spectrum numerous times in those years since I will take what we have happily, sure I wish we had jagged a few more Premierships the same as everyone else but Robbo has built up a very competitive team that is in contention at the business end of the season more often than not, Can't ask for too much more.

Let me explain it for you Eddie

the probability of Easts winning is 50 per cent.

that probability is factoring in all variables....not just Trent “
‘we all must have faith” ’ Robinson.

i support Easts ..I want to se them win.
i know Trent historically does a magnificent job UP UNTIL this point.

      your welcome

Last year we were even lucky to be in the prelim. I think we put one 80 minute performance in the whole season. Verses Parra.
Last year was a very weak competition.

This year there was only 2 points between first and eight. A very healthy and strong competition. We deserve to be in the prelim and we have earnt it.

Who wins is not just about us - it's also about how Souths play, refs' decisions, the bounce of the ball etc.

Last year's prelim was very disappointing and the club shook things up a bit as a reaction and we're playing better footy.

The two previous prelims could have gone either way.

Didn't have a problem with Robbo's first prelim. Or his victory in the GF. The guy is no Brian Smith on that front.

Yes but they won and now take on their enemy.

Last week's performance will be a distant memory at 745pm Saturday night.

Don't agree with the first line. If we play to our potential, we win.

I reckon Maubs might surprise a few people out in the centres on Saturday night.

He might hit a few holes off Keary.

Yep, if we play to our potential we win. It mightn't be just about us, but it's mainly about us.

                    I see.
It's just another one of your subtle digs at Trent.
                    Like I said.........strange.

Gus Gould has tipped our defence to get us home on Saturday night, and doesn’t believe Souffs are travelling as well as people think..

Interesting hearing his concern about our lack of attacking options though minus Latrell, maybe he’s forgotten our backline boasts the likes of Keary,Fergo,Manu,Tupou and Teddy as attacking threats!

All true. Teddy can win you a game by himself, and the other guys are in form and looking dangerous.

And agree with Gus - Souths would need a huge form reversal to cause us problems. They're, what, 2 from 6 atm. They struggled against an understrength Dragons team. We're not certainties, but we have reason to be quietly confident.

A likely scenario given his penchant for running a good line

Gus tipped Sharks to beat us and Souths to flog Saints. I think we will win but there won’t be much in it.

Yvonne won't do that, even if she could.

My no confidence for this match has nothing to do with Robbo. My no confidence is due to no Latrell no Napa & SST not 100% fit.
When the Chooks beat them in Rd 22 18-14 the Rabbits were without 5 players 4 run on guys & 1 reserve plus Alex Johnston went off injured very early. The Roosters were missing 1 player Keary.
If the Roosters get over them it will be up there with one of the all time great wins in the clubs history.
                                Go you MIGHTY ROOSTERS.
