thanks Phantom, this is where I have a problem with the club, they had ample opportunity to get all players that needed surgery done a month ago when we were knocked out of the finals race, it was plain for all to see that SKD and a few others were very banged up and shouldn't be playing, now poor old SKD will have an interupted pre-season and be well behind with preparation for next season.

A month ago we were trying to avoid the wooden spoon and had banished 2 of our marquee players. At the time we needed all the experience we could get. So I don't blame the club for playing SKD during that time, espec when we had other backline injuries like Perrett and Leilua.

The circumstances the club had been dealt with meant that players had to play through injuries to get us up the ladder enough so the spoon wasn't an option.
