It is not just a Bronco thing, it happens every week, that first try to Oates was diabolical the 30 seconds of Boyd crabbing sideways with none of our blokes moving up and smashing him was worse than Cronk missed tackle, Much like the Issako try, we had 3 players wrapped up trying to get the kick away, yet the smallest bloke on the field still managed to get a repeat set which led to the tryBringer of Rain, Embrace the Hate, Freedom for All

The players of other teams are huge...ours are not.
Our players can't make effective tackles against the big players of other teams.
We 'fluked' a few wins by miracle bounces of the ball/bombs/kicks etc, but we can't make breaks against the big players of other teams.
Too many 'slight' players...
Aubusson
Radley
Matterson
Butcher
Radley v McGuire
Aubusson v Sims …… for example.

That's why they didn't come out of the line when the Broncos crabbed across the field.

When a player crabs across the field that is exactly what they are looking for.
It was just a 1 on 1 missed tackle, whatever happened before it really is irrelevant. Even once Boyd turned it under to Oates wd had the right numbers we just needed to make our tackle but did not.
