  • Can someone explain to me.....

Why we played this game in Canberra? That makes it 3 games in a row at the Raiders home ground .I thought we were supposed to take turns. If this game was scheduled for Allianz we win easily.

Why didn’t you ask this before the game?

To be honest, I didn't think of it. But seriously we were due the home game, were we not?

Ray let’s not make excuses. We had no Jarred or Keary but they had no Whighton, Crocker or their half. They had little to play for and we were playing for outright first. We should have done better. No excuses.

H Perenara is a pretty good excuse...

it was nice to see soli use his easts skills in a beautiful side on tackle, without him there we score in the corner?
so in otherwords i could have done without his display of prowess

Give credit to Canberra. They would have beaten anyone else by double digits today.

The Cowboys and Raiders have completed a combined 69/72 sets in their matches against us.

                  That is flat out disgusting.

So to win one by 6 and lose the other by 2 (and score 2 tries to 1) says to me that we're a damn good side.

These ****s are saving their best game of the year for us!

Evidently the NRL's algorithm is not that sophisticated ...

                        To spread the game?
To help get a big crowd for Canberra?
Malcolm Turnbull couldn't make it to Sydney?

Every team puts in preferred home games each year before the draw is done.

I am guessing that we don’t particularly care if we play the Faiders at home. They bring nothing crowd wise.

Thank fark the GF ain’t played in Canberra.

I think we need to start caring. IIRC, that's now 6 matches in a row in Canberra that we have lost. Haven't won there since 2010, and a couple of years ago we only played them in Sydney. I'm sick of going to that sh!thole ground, freezing my @rse off, and watching us get done by those bogans.

The draw is tricky at the best of times with different sports/events/availability etc.

No, home grounds is not a take it in turns thing. For the record this is where the last 10 games between Canberra and Easts have been played.
