I can't stand him or Freddy as commentators. And throw in Johns as well. They sound like a bunch of school kids discussing their first female conquest behind the toilet block. Freddy was a great player, but after hearing him commentate I can understand why he lost the Roosters players so quickly as coach.
Give me rabbitts any day. Or Andy Raymond. And special mention to Greg Alexander who is by far and away the best colour commentator there is. He makes up for the crap that Laurie Daley pushes out.

Of all the sad case coaches for him to pull out in the commentary, the mention of Laurie Freir (dismal Easts coach of 1983 and 1984) was weird.

Also mentioned Fairfax ( and a couple of Souffs idiots) but only a Rooster of my vintage would bring up Freir.
