The other two new signings is to add depth, as the Wyong backs are mostly not first grade standard.
Come Origin time, with Teddy, Latrel and possibly Toups, in the NSW side, depth is needed in the backs.
Have always liked Hall, but maybe 5 years too late for the NRL. Is big enough for the second row if needed (injuries/suspensions/origin time etc)
