  • To the doubters..

Leading into the Titans game, there were plenty who thought we would get rolled considering the players likely to sit out.

While risky, it is something Trent and the club planned for. You only had to hear the debut try scoring players talk post game to know the club is more than just the top 17.

What I want is the players who sat this one out and watched the game, seeing others excel in their position, only to make them more hungry and instil a deeper belief that this squad has what it takes to go all the way.

The next 3 games are the ones where Origin players suffer, however the club has planned for this and hopefully we prosper.

    Go well, go Easts
    ..it’ll be interesting to see

In all seriousness it was great to see so many debutants stand up.

But it was also great to see players like SST, Fergo, Manu & Keary all really step up their games too.

I can't remember such a flawless performance from Fergo, when Brandy was pointing out with 5 minutes to go just how good Fergo had been and said that he's usually good for an error I was like HELLLL NOOOO but he was FLAWLESS. Dare I say it, it was a Minichielloesque type performance the way he took every bomb on the full.

So many posters were baying for Robbo and this place would have gone into complete meltdown calling for his immediate sacking if we lost. Robbo trusts our systems and knew it was better to rest the players now then wait another week.

The next level of trust we need is, Trent in a semi final..
without any wingers on the bench

.. but I believe he has learnt from that.

Yep, a credit to the greater squad.
Baptiste has been solid in defense and prompt in service.

Trent is developing a Roosters style nicely
