You are very wrong about the majority wanting Carney gone. I have been reliably informed that over on the offical site where a poll was conducted on this very matter over 66 percent wanted Carney to stay. So stop talking shit mam

The problem with online polls, espec the one you speak of is not all Roosters fans (1) choose to visit the official site (I know I don't nowdays) and (2) vote on online polls. Some supporters may not even have easy access to a computer or don't choose to use one, esp older supporters.

You need to be a member to access the official wall as well, some supporters may not be members. But that doesn't mean their opinions don't count.

So I reckon I may be closer to the mark than you give me credit for. But hey, everyone entitled to their opinion.

I think polls here and on The Wall are more accurate than hearsay. It is a cross section of actual supporters. You can also add the Official Roosters facebook page where most want Carney to stay. I don't know where else you can obtain more accurate data. The ones to ignore are the ones at the DT and SMH as there are generally more non-roosters supporters who vote. I feel that 60/40 in favour of Carney staying is probably about right. Not sure what the poll in the board room is though which is the one that counts.

No...so I must've been watching many of the rest of the team stumbling and bumbing their way thru most games.

Very true but there are strong influences and destabilizing issues that have contributed greatly to the teams perfomances this year. Many of which are certainly pointed squarely at the apple of your eye Mr TC.

More like the team just wasn't good enough, and had good players out with season-ending injuries early in the piece and many rookies taking their places.

We had a side turn up each week, that on paper, was capable of winning, but didnt and it was attitude based. Lack of interrest and lack of desire is the way I viewed it. there were injuries yes but they were the least of our worries. The cancer is gone for the rest of the season and victories are happening.
