Anasta and his stupid alcohol ban...why an acohol ban this time of the year?
Maybe hoping people would rebel, be sacked, and a position would be vacant, more than one person has suggested.
TC should name names to the media as he's booted out.

If they expect every footballer, those who sign up to get belted black and blue, dumped on their heads, smashed in head high tackles, knocked senseless etc in games, is going to look like a male model and sing in the church choir, they're living in dreamland.
Alcohol numbs the pain.

If he'd been born Todd, the Marquis de Carney ...he could've selected any girl he wanted from the 'young ladies of noble birth' dancing classes
at the Queen of France's palace.

It would likely have been his luck though for the People to revolt during his reign and lop off his head.
Wait, not much different from what's happening now...except he'll literally keep his head.
Oh well, the boy from 'poverty' and wagon home tasted life in the palace, but alas only for a short time.
Maybe if he does go to France he'll become 'Scaramouche' the hero of the fans in the South. :-)

BB you are a real strange one, and your obsession with TC is disturbing.
And you are wrong that fans don't have a say. Yes they do. They can cancel their memberships if they so choose if they don't like the decsions the club is making.
I cancelled mine for 2 seasons whilst Mason was at the Club because I refused to give them any financial support whilst he was on their books. And I don't regret it for a moment. That caarnt at my Club was something I was never going to personally condone.
You seem to think that the majority of supporters want TC to continue at the Club. I suspect that you are wrong and over 50% are more in favour of him going rather than staying.
As you know I'd prefer him gone after the last farkup but if he ends up staying then so be it. I don't reckon he'll last the preseason before the next farkup anyway so he'll end up punted sooner rather than later anyway (finally). The Roosters are only delaying the inevitable by keeping him on.

Fans should never cancel their membership.
I saw what happened last year...the kid is a good player.
I also saw what happened this year...cellar-dwellers.
I think the club should keep him here, or do the France thing and see what happens...and not just sack him, the end.
So he's not a rocket scientist, and forumites here are now bagging what he looks like.
We need to win games next year and beyond.
What's disturbing are the hypocrisy and double standards on display...starting with Mini, if what's being reported is true.
I have no confidence sacking TC is the right move.
He's not on the PSpecies list, and I don't like that idea either.Last edited by bondi-boy; 08-23-2011, 03:16 PM.

but this is not a question of form, we know what sort of talent he is, and we also know how destabilising his antics can be.
How many chances does Todd Carney get ??????
