Like Gregan he played for the Wallabies far too long.
He wasn't fast enough to be an outside back and not tough enough as an inside back.
Didn't have a good enough passing game for half or 5/8 and basically just wasn't big enough.

A good Super whatever player but didn't really have it in my opinion to justify the long test career that he had.

Sure he has had some great games, but was a passenger in a lot more.
