Woods isn’t a bad prop he’s just overrated and over priced. In some ways he’s exactly what we need. Although I think what he brings to a team could be split up by the players we already have if we played more expansively.

Aaron Woods would be a terrific pick up and I hope we get him. He is a good bloke, a positive person and someone the team and fans would enjoy having at the club.
Marty Taupau would be a disaster, he is one strange dude. I hope Nick hasn't gone out and chased Taupau without consulting the coaches again, Jason Taylor will fill him in on what Taupau is all about.

Sorry, wasn't trying to be funny..The question was... What are we basing someone being good or someone being bad on?

Is it just on the 80 minutes of playing Rugby League each week for 28 weeks or do we take into account how that person would gel with the rest of the playing group?
Do we still have a no Robbie Farah policy?

Apparently Woods will be released to the Sharks in the next week or so for the remainder of the 2018 and beyond- one of the journo's on the channel 9 footy show was saying this - I suggest they would know - Woods would be doing handstands going to a team that will be playing finals footy in 2018 instead of staying with a club that may not be playing finals footy for a few years to come due their salary cap issues as surely they wont be able to afford to buy any new players of any quality.

Not if they are reducing the interchange from 8 to 6 though as teams wont be able to have too many of these type of players - the traditional lock may come back as well instead of this position being a third prop.
