You assume nothing makes me happy without even knowing me,that says it all mate.
Maybe you should go and become a counsellor if you’re so high on your own advice
Mate if you’re so happy how about posting something a bit positive instead of boring us all to death with your constant whining about the team that you supposedly support.

it is a supporters forum after all.

Bondicigar If that game made you proud ,You will have a good year because its not the first game this year we were the better team and lost. I think I would have been much more happy to have not played this fantastic and won more matches

Then Robbo would come out in the presser and talk about how it was a team building performance for our season despite the loss hahaha
With the players we had in the other night and the Broncos were missing,it was a total embarrassing result but not unexpected under the Robinson regime..
No coach in the history of rugby league would be embarrassed about that loss.
urgency and desire are the 2 most important ingriedients to win a football match. The roosters had that in spades. Execution and errors can all be fixed , we are on the up
              IMO.....
              go the chooks

our props dominated to the extent you could clearly see the broncos forwads looking for napa and not running in his direction all game. They played great against the warriors too ,
i liked what i saw and we still have plenty of improvement in us. Im keeping the faith. I really think the chooks can win the comp
Mate, we all see it differently. They were good against the Broncos but it’s just my opinion that they were better against the Warriors.

                  I like your positiveness!

I kind of agree because there was quite a bit to like from Easts in that game but a few things not to like as well.

                    Pros:
+ Players still clearly get behind Robbo as coach
+ Attacking intent and getting Latrell & Tedesco more involved
+ JWH has found form lately, Napa punishing in defence
+ Keary getting in one on one situations creating overlaps for wider players or linebreaks for himself

                    Cons:
                    - Silly unforced errors remain. You have to accept dropped balls or errant passes when being attacking but Ferguson, Cronk and Latrell dropping balls under little to no pressure is bad
                    - Not very threatening inside the opposition 20
                    - Nobody in the team takes control of the game when it is tight and going tit for tat
                    - Some defence can be very very ordinary. Roberts’ long range try had lots of ordinary ‘attempts’ at defence.

We should have beaten the Broncos and had Keary got a decent ball to Latrell in the first half (the one Latrell knocked on from his boot laces) we put them away but we found ways to keep them in the game.

One way to look at it is that the cons can be worked on. If you throw in the Warriors game with the Broncos game we have more positive than negative. The thing is you can’t have it both ways with attack and defence. The last time we were a genuine attacking team was in 2010 and we were very inconsistent as reflected by our 6th place finish (lucky too) and WLWL sequences throughout the year. Under Robinson we’ve found a lot of stability in a patient game plan but it does get a boring and much of the same.

I‘M not happy that we lost but the performance is something we can build on I just hope that we haven’t left it too late already for it to click because you don’t want these top 4 teams to start pulling away from the pack.

I've put that loss in the garbage bin where it belongs, the trouble is the bin's almost full and it's only May. For those of you saying we'll win the comp well good luck to you, I hope you're right, the way I see it is we're a million miles from where we need to be. I thought we turned a corner after NZ but then we are hit by that rubbish on Friday night. We are now lwwlwlwlwwl hardly the signs for a team who believes they'll win the comp. At this stage we are heading for a 8 to 6 finish. It wouldn't surprise me if the Titans get us next week.
