Now go run along to your 13-16 year olds on facebook and twitter and let the adults get on with their talk.

Definitely trolls. I refuse to believe that they are as stupid and juvenile as they appear.

How bad the roosters are going highlights how good cam smith really is. He has the joey johns effect on average players turning them into test players.

I don't know whether their trolls or what they bloody are .. But .. I reckon their apparent need for instant gratification, entitled , disloyal attitude and in general constant whingeing and whining goes a long way to explaining other supporters hatred of the Chooks ! ****s sake our team are busting their guts in training and defending their arses off . The attack will click . Show some bloody support for the team and have patience .Roosters forever here !

            Dunno about that.
Melbourne have had heaps of players, Cronk included, that would've been just as successful without him.
I will concede that he is a much better dummy half than what we have on our books however.

I know I'm not on me pat malone in thinking Pearce was an issue, and still would be if he didn't piss off to Newcastle.
Friends decline in form has nothing to do with it.
If Pearce was the issue then Cronk sure as hell isn’t proving to be the solution. If our issue was coming first and second almost every year then what is struggling mid table called?

                You just don't get it.
Are you part of the "gimme now" generation?
Pearce plays for Newcastle and with any luck he'll stay there. It has nothing to do with Friends lack of form impacting on our attack, including Cronk.

I’m certainly not part of the “let’s buy a 35 year old on $1m+ a season and give him 20 games to warm up to the task” generation. He’s 35 years old for farks sake we haven’t got time on our side like we would if we bought Nathan Cleary

                      I give up.
If you're convinced that Cronk is to blame for us losing a few games, or think his form is crap, or think Pearce was better, we shall agree to disagree.

Perhaps what was yelled from the rooftops on here about cronk being a substantial upgrade on pearce is starting to feel a bit of backlash because we are well, not leading the comp or atm, looking far from premiership contenders.

This doesn't mean either is true or untrue. Both are very good number 7s who approach their position differently.

Cronk only has 2 years tho, so the pressure is on him. I'd prefer it to be on the whole team rather than one player imo.

In short, it's hard to compare them with so many variables.

I was sad to see pearce go, but I do want Cronk to succeed, he's just finding it hard being out of the same system for the first time in forever. Perhaps Pearce has adapted quicker whereas Cronk may take the chocolates overall in the long run (as a chook) and satisfy the reasons for buying him.
