Will he be talking about his shit kicks and his goal line defence? Or will it be the usual under the radar Cronk BS?

Actually said after the game talking to mini how his poor kicks helped them back in the game

Interesting hearing Cooper questioning if the Dragons have already peaked and have they got much improvement left in them,as no doubt other teams will improve come finals time..
Felt like an indirect swipe at the Dragons early season love fest, and hope for us as Cooper knows we will improve when the time in needed come finals.

Only one question: Why can't Cronk play as good as he talks?

Yeah, apart from being a possible Hall of Famer, he's got nothing.

If the Chooks make the finals that is - certainly up in the air if they will - next two games for instance - Warriors in NZ (Sat 12/5- 3pm ) and Bronco's(Friday 18/5 - 7:50pm at Suncorp) - both short turnarounds with travel - could well be 5 and 6 after 11 as well as a round 12 game against an unpredictable Titans - the half way mark of the season- Chooks be what after 12 games??

Showing nothing for the Chooks so far one has to honestly say - Sterlo even said he see's no difference in the Chooks in signing Cronk and letting Pearce go - I can we played better with Pearce at half and Gordo at Fullback - Tedesco has also been a major disappointment after 9 rounds.

Keary is way down on last years form as he doesn't know what is role is anymore. Cords - well someone needs to get a passing/offload game into him as his game has really stagnated - this solely running game is too easy for the defence to read.

I would suggest when Crichton comes on board next year Cords will struggle to hold a spot in the team - Matto does have passing and balls skills if allowed to use them- Cords will be battling for a bench spot with Maubs in 2019 I suggest.

Cords plays left, Crighton plays right. Matto won't be playing when Crighton comes on board

Thats what I was saying after the game .Thought our Kicking game what we had of it was far superior to Manly. The only department we excelled in as Manly beat us all over the park stat wise .

We are 6th and we see that as being a failure. Dragons have won 3 more games than us... Warriors 2 and Panthers 1.

Jamie Soward ranks us 11th in his power rankings because he says all the teams sitting on 5 wins have been more consistent than us. Seriously, how can you be more consistent and have a negative points difference?

IMO it is easy to say we shoulda beaten Manly by 50 and maybe other teams woulda. However, Manly actually have a decent roster + they were DESPERATE!!! They put 2 early tries on us and we were able to claw our way back into the game.

Tariq Sims seems to be the big success story because he can beat up halves (what a tactic). However when we apply pressure to the Trbojevic bothers + Marty Taupau (forcing significant errors) then the story is that they were all having a Barry Crocker. IMO we should remember that we made our own luck on Friday and for the Easts faithful, it doesnt matter where Manly and Cronulla are on the table, we have beaten two bogie teams this season. We should remember:
                              - Latrell kicked the ball ~70m, forcing Tommy T to stuff up. Who else has that kinda range in the NRL? Latrell is maturing massively this season and his accurate conversions are what won us the game remember!!
                              - We have consistently had the best red zone defence in the comp every week.
                              - Recently our completions have been up around 70%. Out discipline is getting much better and there is still room for improvement!
                              - JWH has been quiet but he forced another error from Trbo by rushing him. JWH is starting to regain form.
                              - Radley has been playing back rower for some weeks now in a similar way to how Braith did in 2010... under the radar. Roosters faithful will have noted that he has been taking to the field regularly when Friend, Keary and Cronk are all there too. When Sowie talks consistency, does he realise that Radleys game saving tackle has been a consistent part of his game for some time now? That there is how you win a GF... when a young local junior on peanuts cones of age almost immediately.
                              - Keary is playing with a plate in his jaw and IMO has been a little off. It will be removed in a few weeks. For coverage, a colleague snapped her jaw bike riding and has been told not to jog for 6 months because it could dislodge the plate and hinder the recovery process. Keary has been amazingly tough to play with a broken jaw... so much that we forget he is injured.
                              - Toops is also injured. Like it or not, Toops and Keary will both have recovered from their injuries 100% very soon. Expect an improvement to our attack once that happens!!
                              - Our shyte is 6th on the ladder. 6th is us playing like shyte!!! I dunno any other team in the comp with that kinda weight of expectation on their shoulders.
