That was on SST, the pass was way out in front of Teddy.

Teddy did well to touch it...it was more of a "spill" than a pass in the end.

So you think Teddy is going to surpass 301 1st grade games 139 tries 1 field goal with our club. 11 SOO games for 8 tries. 19 Tests for Australia for 11 tries. What he may surpass is the 4 NSW City Origin 2 tries and the 7 Tests for Italy 1 try. I see he has one more Test for Italy to equal Mini on that front and if he sorses a try in that game will surpass him as he too has 1 Try for Italy 6 SOO games to equal Minis 11but he must score 7 tries in those games

Mini was about 2/1000 in short, sharp inside passes caught so that's one category I expect Teddy to surpass him in.

I think that Teddy is equal to pre-injury Mini and multiple-times better than post-injury Mini.

Nah pre-injury Mini is 2nd only to Slater.

In fact pre injury Mini dominated Origin and Test footy from 2003-2005 like no fullback I've seen.

Hayne was great for one year for the Blues where as Mini played like that for 3 straight years. And he also won b2b Harry Sunderland Medals on Roo tours.

Teddy has a ways to go before he reaches that level. Mini truly was immense at his peak.

Mini was the human pinball and was very fast. Definitely imho the second best fullback I had seen behind Slater who is a freak.

Even at his best his hands constantly let him down. But he was amazingly fast and strong.

The thing is, under the high ball he was incredible, even when the rest of his game fell away. Could not catch an inside ball to save himself.

Did you see the spray Cronk gave SST as he went to the scrum, it looked epic.

The best I've ever seen under the high ball. He barely dropped one. And yet as you said he had complete crab hands on the inside ball.

He also couldn't pass for shit and yet pulled out the greatest GF pass on the run to SKDs chest you're likely to see.

                          Mini was a walking contradiction!

                            I did.

He looked incredulous. As though he couldn't believe what he just saw as that'd never happen at the Storm.

So what do we pay Cronk to do? You would think he could control the last few minutes of a game. This was the time to play Robbo ball with no offloads yet we do the exact opposite why?

The dropped deep kick from Gower in the 2003 GF that Priddis scored from.

I was at that GF and still carry the scars.
